Overview
We are looking for a Manual QA Tester with strong hands‑on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) along with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The ideal candidate will have experience testing end‑to‑end customer journeys, validating data flows across Adobe tools, and ensuring high‑quality delivery in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute detailed test cases and scripts for AEM, CJA, and AJO workflows.
- Validate end‑to‑end customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in‑app, web).
- Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing for journey configurations and analytics workflows.
- Collaborate closely with developers and business teams in Agile/Scrum setups.
- Manage and track test cases using tools like qTest or similar.
- Perform manual API testing using Postman and validate backend data in MongoDB.
- Work on AEM author to create and test pages/forms, verify submissions, and content paths.

- Strong hands‑on QA experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Practical experience testing or validating Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) — not just conceptual knowledge.
- Good understanding of test principles, test plans, regression, sanity, and smoke testing.
- Experience testing APIs, microservices, and working with datasets or schemas.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain QA processes and test logic clearly.
