Job Description
Recruitlytics helps hiring teams and staffing agencies find, engage, and hire better—faster. We combine smart outreach workflows, recruiting insights, and practical tools that improve candidate response rates and hiring outcomes. We’re building a brand that feels modern, human, and performance-driven, and social media is a major lever in our growth strategy.
Role Overview
Recruitlytics is looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our social presence across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This role is for someone who understands how to turn content into pipeline: building brand awareness, driving inbound leads, and creating an engaged community of recruiters, HR leaders, founders, and job seekers.
You will plan, create, publish, and optimize content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok (optional), YouTube Shorts (optional), and Facebook Groups (optional). Your work will make Recruitlytics recognizable, trusted, and top-of-mind in the GCC hiring market—while staying consistent with our tone and brand identity.
This position is fully remote, but you must be comfortable operating on Gulf time zones and understanding cultural context, hiring trends, and regional business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop a monthly and weekly content strategy aligned with company goals (lead generation, brand awareness, candidate engagement).
- Build a consistent content engine: recurring themes, series, and formats (e.g., “Hiring Myths,” “Recruiter Playbooks,” “Client Wins,” “Cold Outreach Tips,” “CV Fixes,” “Interview Scripts,” “Market Updates”).
- Create content calendars that cover key GCC hiring seasons, industry events, and business cycles (e.g., Ramadan considerations, post-Eid hiring surges, year-end planning).
- Coordinate with leadership to translate product updates and client outcomes into social-ready content.
- Content Creation & Production
- Write strong, conversion-friendly copy (especially for LinkedIn), with a clear understanding of hooks, storytelling, and CTAs.
- Design or coordinate visuals (carousel posts, short motion graphics, simple branded templates).
- Create short-form video content (script + structure; filming/editing is a plus but not mandatory if you can manage freelancers).
- Repurpose content across formats: turn a blog into 6 LinkedIn posts, a webinar into clips, testimonials into carousels, and FAQs into short videos.
- Community, Engagement & Brand Voice
- Manage daily engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions quickly and professionally.
- Proactively engage with relevant communities: recruiters, staffing founders, HR managers, and business pages across KSA/UAE.
- Build relationships with creators and micro-influencers in recruitment, HR, and career content.
- Maintain a consistent tone: professional, direct, helpful, and confident—never spammy.
- Campaigns & Growth
- Plan and execute campaigns for lead magnets, webinars, product launches, hiring drives, and brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales to create social assets that support outreach (e.g., “why Recruitlytics” posts, objection-handling posts, credibility posts).
- Work with performance marketing (if applicable) to turn top organic content into paid campaigns.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report weekly/monthly performance: reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, lead volume, and conversion metrics.
- Run experiments: hooks, formats, posting times, CTA tests, and content pillars.
- Build a “what works” library and refine strategy based on results.
