We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Desktop Engineer with expertise in L2L3 technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and virtual desktops to join our dynamic team. The EUC Desktop Engineer is responsible for delivering seamless IT support to end users by managing desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, and EUC infrastructure. The role ensures high system availability, adherence to security standards, and an excellent user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- End User Support Troubleshooting - Provide L2L3 technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and virtual desktops. Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, application, and network-related issues. Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required.
- Device Management Deployment - Perform OS deployment, image management, device provisioning. Use tools such as SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, or similar MDM endpoint systems. Manage patching, updates, and compliance for endpoints.
- Application Packaging Delivery - Package, test, and deploy applications via SCCM Intune or other software distribution tools. Coordinate with business teams to ensure app compatibility and security.
- EUC Infrastructure Management - Manage printers, VPN, collaboration tools, and unified communication devices. Support VDI environments (Citrix/VMware) if applicable. Monitor endpoint security tools (AVEDRDLP).
- IT Asset Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, accessories, and licences. Perform hardware refreshes and lifecycle management.
- Documentation Compliance - Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure security compliance policies are met (MFA, encryption, access control).Participate in audits and implement recommended improvements.

Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 1011, macOS, Office 365, Azure AD, OneDrive, Teams.
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, GPO, WSUS, or similar tools.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCPIP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security and compliance tools.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
- Strong communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Certifications preferred - Microsoft 365 Certified, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A Network (optional)
