Experience: 8+ years

Salesforce DevOps/branching (metadata, sandbox promotion, branch locks, PMD/static analysis).

Role Summary:
This role owns code integrity, branching governance, and environment stability across enterprise applications (including Pharma2). Focus is on preventing release failures caused by merges, configuration drift, and uncontrolled changes.
Requirement:
• 8+ years DevOps / branching / release engineering experience
• Strong experience with branching strategies and branch-lock windows
• Managing multi-environment metadata consistency (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod, Prod)
• Experience preventing merge-related outages
• Automating validations, static code analysis (PMD or similar)
