SEO Analyst – AEO/AI Search (Remote)

Enjo enables companies to deploy trainable AI Support Agents that autonomously resolve employee and customer support requests using company knowledge, historical tickets, and system integrations.

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Junior SEO Analyst with a strong interest in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search discovery. This role is ideal for someone early in their SEO career who understands the fundamentals and is excited about how search is evolving across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and other AI-powered discovery platforms.
You’ll work closely with content, marketing, product, and engineering to improve Enjo’s organic visibility through on-page optimization, structured content, internal linking, and technical SEO best practices—while learning how modern AI search engines surface answers.
A Glimpse into Your Day-to-Day
- Conduct keyword, intent, and question-based research to support blog pages, landing pages, and AI-search-focused content.
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, H1–H3s, content structure, internal links).
- Optimize content for AEO and AI search visibility, focusing on clarity, accuracy, and E-E-A-T signals.
- Support implementation and validation of structured data (schema.org / JSON-LD) with guidance from senior team members.
- Monitor Google Search Console for indexing, crawlability, coverage, and performance issues.
- Help identify and fix basic technical SEO issues (indexation, canonicals, sitemaps, robots.txt, page speed).
- Maintain and improve internal linking structures to reduce orphan pages and strengthen topic clusters.
- Track performance using GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools, and assist in building simple reports or dashboards.
- Support SEO experiments (title/meta tests, content refreshes, schema usage) and document learnings.
- Stay up to date with AI search trends, SEO best practices, and evolving organic discovery patterns.
