Job Description

We're looking for an IT Infrastructure Senior Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, designing smarter systems to strengthen our Group IT Infrastructure team, which currently includes one team lead and four engineers.

You’ll be part of our core infrastructure team, working closely with other IT engineers and taking ownership of architectural decisions that shape how we build and operate our environment. You’ll help define infrastructure standards and long-term direction, but you’ll also stay close to the work, contributing to implementation, daily operations, and support.

We’re on a path toward greater automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and expanding our use of PaaS services. This role is key to driving that transformation. You’ll help us evolve from traditional operations to a more resilient, secure, and scalable model, with clear structure, repeatable patterns, and a strong architectural foundation.

We’re looking for someone who sees the bigger picture and enjoys designing for the future, but who also rolls up their sleeves and delivers. You’ll think several steps ahead, translate business needs into technical designs, and guide implementation with clarity and ownership.

We value people who take initiative, speak up with ideas, and help others, while still maintaining high standards and contributing to documentation, automation, and standardization across all systems.

You bring structure, clarity, and accountability into how things are built, while ensuring the rest of the team is included, informed, and supported along the way
