About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and partner closely with internal stakeholders across various departments. The primary focus of this role is to support Tremendous's marketing and sales functions by providing actionable insights through data analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth and optimize decision-making processes.

As a key member of the data team, you will leverage your analytical expertise to apply various methods, uncover critical insights, and craft compelling narratives that inform strategic initiatives. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. You will contribute to building reliable, scalable data models that enable self-serve analytics and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, with experience in designing well-architected data models and optimized queries
• Experience with visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Mode
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in rapid, incremental project development and problem-solving
• Structured approach to exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing
