We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior PPC Specialist to join INSIDEA’s growing performance marketing team. This role is critical in driving high-quality leads and measurable ROI for both client accounts and INSIDEA’s internal growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and clear communication. Should be able to manage complex paid media accounts while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid channels.
- Own end-to-end campaign management from keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to bidding strategies and budget allocation.
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), platform pixels, and CRM integrations.
- Develop and manage full-funnel paid media strategies focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROAS improvement.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities and eliminate irrelevant traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement ongoing optimizations to improve CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and quality of leads.

- Create clear performance reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and CRM teams to ensure strong alignment between ads, landing pages, and nurturing workflows.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and performance standards.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, policy changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and experience with Meta & LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven track record of driving qualified leads and optimizing campaigns for performance and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain strategies and results clearly to stakeholders.

Location : Permanently Remote
Working Hours : Flexible with few hours of EST time zone overlap
