Requirements
Critical Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, recruitment agencies, or hiring-focused B2B sales.
- Demonstrated first-hand understanding of candidate screening, ATS workflows, and common hiring bottlenecks.
- Proven ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with founders, hiring managers, or operations leaders.
- Comfortable and skilled in conducting clear, practical product demonstrations.
- Highly self-directed, reliable, and motivated to succeed in a commission-only, outcome-driven role.
