About the Opportunity:
This role supports the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT systems within a healthcare environment, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT systems including Microsoft Entra, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• Ensure secure and efficient networking infrastructure across the organization
• Deploy and manage Zscaler for secure internet access and threat protection
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for seamless user access
• Ensure HIPAA compliance across all IT systems and processes

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and clinical applications
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering within a healthcare environment
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Preferred: Relevant certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar
