Our client, a Series-C B2B tech startup marketing into technical decision-makers, is hiring for a Senior Field Marketing Manager. This is a fully remote position, but you must be based in the United States and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will build the strategy and execute on industry events and partner events strategy including conferences, developer events, and partner summits with a focus on technical decision-makers across the web, content, and AI landscape.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and partnerships, owning how events drive real pipeline impact. You’ll lead industry and partner event strategy end-to-end—working closely with sales to turn event presence into qualified opportunities, and with partners to scale co-marketing programs that support enterprise growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the industry events strategy, from planning and execution to post-event optimization across major conferences and hosted events
- Partner with sales to build strong pre- and post-event motions that convert attendance into pipeline
- Collaborate with partnerships on co-marketing events, summits, and agency-led programs
- Manage large event budgets and vendors, optimizing spend against pipeline and MQL goals
- Track and report on event performance, using data to continuously refine strategy and ROI
- Lead on-site execution and logistics, serving as the central point of coordination

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
- Proven experience managing large-scale event programs with significant budgets
- Strong sales alignment skills with a track record of driving measurable pipeline impact
- Experience in a growth-stage or enterprise environment with complex GTM motions
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
