About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Director to support AI model evaluation initiatives focused on creativity, storytelling, and brand-led communication. In this role, you will assess AI-generated creative outputs across visual concepts, campaigns, narratives, and brand messaging, helping improve how AI models reason about originality, tone, and audience impact.
Responsibilities
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated creative concepts, brand narratives, and campaign ideas.
- Review AI outputs for originality, emotional resonance, and alignment with creative briefs.
- Assess consistency in tone, voice, and brand identity across AI-generated content.
- Analyze AI-generated visuals and copy for clarity, creativity, and cultural relevance.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI creativity, ideation depth, and storytelling quality.

Requirements
- Background in creative direction, advertising, branding, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, visual language, and creative frameworks.
