Global Benefits Manager

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, launch, and management of global benefits programs
• Oversee renewals and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships
• Develop communications, materials, and processes to support benefits offerings
• Resolve complex queries and support internal stakeholders in benefits decision-making
• Execute special projects to improve efficiency and innovation in benefits operations
• Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on global benefits strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Benefits, HR, or total rewards, ideally in a broker or high-growth startup environment
• Proven ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex topics clearly
• Operational experience managing benefits programs and related processes
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions
• Experience working across diverse cultures, countries, and remote teams
