  • Operational experience managing benefits programs and related processes
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Experience working across diverse cultures, countries, and remote teams
