Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Platform & DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms. The role focuses on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and Kubernetes-based container platforms.
The successful candidate will act as a technical subject matter expert, driving DevOps and DevSecOps best practices while improving system reliability, security, and deployment efficiency across multiple teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Build, automate, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to support multiple platforms and applications.

• Deploy and manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, with Helm and/or ArgoCD.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting delivery teams, integrators, and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Apply DevSecOps principles to improve deployment cycles, system reliability, and security posture.
• Drive continuous improvement across tooling, automation, and day-to-day engineering operations.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable services and automation solutions.
• Support monitoring, observability, and incident response to ensure platform stability and performance.

What We’re Looking For
Core Technical Skills
• 4+ years’ experience in a DevOps, Platform, or DevSecOps engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP
• Advanced Terraform (IaC) experience; Ansible beneficial
• Kubernetes & Docker (cluster setup, management, optimisation)
• CI/CD tooling: GitHub Actions, Jenkins (Azure DevOps a plus)
• Strong Linux system administration
• Solid understanding of networking, databases, DNS, proxies, and security concepts
