Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
- Proven experience in fintech, payments, payroll, cards, or banking products
- Experience working in outsourcing (external clients)
- Understanding KYC/AML, PCI DSS, SOC2-related requirements
- Background in regulated or compliance-heavy products
- Strong product thinking and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements
- Manage backlog, priorities, and MVP definition
- Design and maintain user journeys
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, including compliance and legal
- Identify and manage product, technical, and regulatory risks
- Ensure alignment with fintech regulations (KYC/AML, PCI DSS, data protection)
- Focus on both: UX and understanding financial/regulatory constraints
