- Design, plan, and execute detailed test cases for AEM, CJA, and AJO workflows
- Validate end-to-end customer journeys across email, SMS, push, in-app, and web channels
- Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing for journeys and analytics
- Collaborate with developers and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments
