About Your Role
We are building a full-cycle team to produce Playable Ads. We are looking for an experienced Developer to help us design a framework for creating ad creatives for one of the most popular mobile games, Hero Wars. This framework will be the foundation for creating highly effective interactive ad creatives.

- Designing and developing a framework for creating Playable Ads
- Creating efficient tools to accelerate the development process
- Developing Playable Ads based on the created engine
- Implementing advanced technical solutions
- Optimizing performance across various devices
- Making technical decisions as a lead developer
- Growing the team of developers and sharing your expertise

- At least 3 years of experience in Playable Ads development
- Knowledge of shaders and the ability to create FX effects based on them
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript
- Commercial experience with Pixi.js or Three.js libraries
- Familiarity with the architecture and principles of Cocos Creator or similar tools
- Experience in creating complex interactive interfaces or games
- Skills in code optimization, performance tuning across different devices, and configuring builds with Webpack
- Proficiency in using preprocessors such as Sass/Less/Stylus, Pug, and similar tools
- Advanced knowledge of version control systems (Git)
