Senior Software Engineer — Product (On-site, San Francisco)
Compensation: $150K–$250K base + equity
About the role
Our client has built the first AI-powered recruiter marketplace used by Cursor, Shopify, Ramp, Coinbase, Palantir, and more. They scaled from $11M → $80M ARR in under a year, with ~30% of revenue now driven by AI recruiting agents—built by a core team of just 10 engineers.
They’re doubling engineering headcount and hiring product-minded full-stack builders across three tracks: (1) 2–4 YOE full-stack owners who ship end-to-end, (2) senior/staff engineers (3–8 YOE) who’ve led complex systems, and (3) AI/LLM product engineers who’ve shipped real LLM features.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years software engineering experience; proven record of shipping user-facing product.
- Strong TypeScript + React experience; Python a plus.

- Comfortable being scrappy to get value in customers’ hands fast—and then hardening for scale.
