About the Opportunity:


The organization provides an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, integrating HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management. The platform supports every worker type in over 150 countries, enabling businesses to scale efficiently and compliantly. The team is globally distributed, operating in more than 100 countries and supporting multiple languages. The role focuses on recruiting and leading the candidate experience for Revenue roles worldwide, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.


Responsibilities:


• Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue roles globally

• Recruit exceptional talent and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards

• Develop a deep understanding of the product and role requirements for new team members

• Refine interview processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience

• Develop internal and external sourcing strategies with management and leadership

• Maintain and promote a positive organizational culture aligned with key principles


Requirements:


• Experience recruiting across Revenue roles, including Account Executive (SMB, Enterprise) and Sales Development, within a hypergrowth company

• Proven track record of hiring top talent quickly in an ambitious recruitment environment

• Ability to handle complex candidate questions related to compensation, equity, immigration, and related issues

• Strong data and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Effective communication skills and ability to engage audiences during presentations and discussions

• Experience using data to improve recruitment processes
