About The Role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager with 5 years+ experience who is proactive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning important operational tasks. You’ll help keep the business running smoothly, directly support me as CEO, and jump in wherever needed to make our processes better and our team unblocked.
Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on:
✨ Stay up to date on everything happening across the company
🧩 Handle routine operational tasks like configuring HubSpot and Stripe, supporting tax filings, helping the bookkeeper, managing insurance renewals, and setting up vendor accounts
💬 Keep communication flowing and help team members stay unblocked
📅 Support me with personal admin tasks
📊 (Later on) Assist with marketing and sales ops, including reporting and pipeline tasks

About You!
To excel in this role, you need:
