Data Analyst

Overview:

eInsights, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to support our analytics and client operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a data‑driven environment. The Junior Analyst will work primarily with MS SQL and internal tools to help interpret data, review patterns, and support insights that strengthen both client outcomes and internal decision‑making.

This is a remote role offering broad exposure to healthcare data, analytics, and operational problem‑solving, with opportunities for advancement as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data analysis initiatives that help identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the review and interpretation of operational datasets, supporting both internal teams and client‑facing functions.
• Help assess data discrepancies or unusual patterns, participating in collaborative discussions around potential root causes.
• Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of internal reporting workflows, dashboards, and monitoring processes.
• Support ongoing process refinement efforts by contributing observations and recommendations derived from data.
• Use SQL queries and related tools to extract, organize, and validate data as part of analytical work.

Qualifications:

Required

• 2–3 years of experience performing analysis using MS SQL.
• Strong analytical reasoning skills with an ability to interpret patterns and identify inconsistencies.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, communicating clearly with colleagues across the organization.
• Comfort working within structured processes while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Prior exposure to healthcare or revenue cycle concepts, or a strong enthusiasm for learning them.
• Experience with common visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Interest in understanding how data informs operational and strategic decisions.
