Job Description
Our Client is seeking a Digital Product Team Lead to oversee intake, triage, and delivery of digital design work across a fast-moving enterprise environment. This role blends strong design literacy with project and stakeholder management, acting as the connective tissue between business partners and a globally distributed design team. The ideal candidate brings a design background, sound judgment on prioritization, and the ability to operate confidently amid ambiguity while ensuring high-quality, user-centered outcomes.
You Will:
- Lead intake and triage of incoming digital and UX-related requests from business partners.
- Assess requests to determine scope, priority, and overall value before committing design resources.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify needs, objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Delegate and prioritize work for a design lead and delivery team based outside the U.S.
- Balance multiple short-term projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and momentum.
- Serve as a liaison between business partners and the design team, managing expectations and timelines.
- Ensure design outputs align with established standards while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and leadership to ensure efficient and effective execution of work.
- Operate comfortably in an environment with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.

You Have:
- A strong foundation in digital product, UX, or visual design, with hands-on experience earlier in your career.
- Experience in a leadership, management, or lead capacity within design, UX, or product organizations.
- The ability to confidently triage work and make judgment calls on what is and is not worth the team’s time.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable direction.
- Comfort working with globally distributed teams and handing off execution effectively.
- A background that may include roles such as Design Manager, UX Program Manager, Product Lead with design roots, or a former designer who transitioned into leadership.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a calm approach to ambiguity.
