Job Details

Qualifications – Needed

  • MUST HAVE Proven experience marketing to human services and education sectors, including schools, childcare centers, and government organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of marketing leadership experience at Director or VP level
  • Full-funnel B2B marketing experience including brand strategy, demand generation, and enrollment campaigns
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, KPIs, and ROI measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and mentor a marketing team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work remotely with ~25% travel
