Qualifications – Needed
- MUST HAVE Proven experience marketing to human services and education sectors, including schools, childcare centers, and government organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of marketing leadership experience at Director or VP level
- Full-funnel B2B marketing experience including brand strategy, demand generation, and enrollment campaigns
- Strong background in marketing analytics, KPIs, and ROI measurement
- Demonstrated ability to lead, scale, and mentor a marketing team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work remotely with ~25% travel
