Role Description

We are hiring React Native Mobile Engineers to build and scale cross-platform mobile applications for Netherlands based client project. You will work closely with product, design, backend, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality iOS and Android apps. This is a full-time remote position for a Mobile Application Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Key responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using object-oriented programming principles, optimizing performance, and debugging issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications and stay updated with the latest trends and tools in mobile development.

Key Responsibilities

What This Role Owns

• Feature-level design and implementation for mobile applications
• Code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability
• Complex feature development, refactors, and performance improvements
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies and client-facing delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-quality mobile features using React Native for iOS and Android
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code aligned with engineering standards and best practices

• Integrate mobile applications with REST / GraphQL APIs and backend services
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Debug, optimize, and improve existing features in collaboration with QA and DevOps teams

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mobile Application Development and hands-on experience building Mobile Applications
• Strong background in Application Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Expertise in iOS Development, including knowledge of frameworks and platforms
• Ability to debug and optimize mobile application performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in a collaborative and remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of Android Development or cross-platform tools is a plus

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, lifecycle, and state management
• Experience working with APIs, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and client-facing development environments

Working Model & Contract Details

• Location: Manila, Philippines
• Work Model: Fully Remote
• Client Location: Netherlands
• Contract Duration: 12 months (initial), with renewal options
• Start Date: March 2026
