Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist to support federal mission requirements through data-driven analysis and insights. This role will work remotely while collaborating with government and contractor stakeholders to support operational, analytical, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for federal stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights
- Support data-driven decision making for mission and program teams
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government personnel
- Ensure compliance with federal data security and governance standards
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results per program requirements

Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or data science
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
- Strong SQL experience querying relational databases
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal, DoD, or civilian government programs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP)
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics
- Experience working with large or complex datasets
- Prior cleared or clearance-eligible program experience
