• Troubleshoot user and infrastructure issues
• Incident resolution, and documentation
• Perform basic cloud administration tasks (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines and services

Requirements

• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python)

• Basic understanding of networks (DNS, VPN, Firewalls)
• Strong communication skills and proactive remote work habits
