A growing retail organization with a corporate head office supporting multiple geographic markets is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute full-suite digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, website content, and paid digital channels.

This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into consistent, high-performing digital execution across multiple regions and store footprints, while partnering closely with external paid media agencies and website development agencies. The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager role brings strong retail marketing instincts, understands multi-location brand consistency, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Suite Digital Marketing Execution

  • Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns supporting retail brand initiatives across multiple geographic markets.
  • Develop and manage integrated digital marketing calendars aligned with retail promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Social Media Content Strategy & Management

  • Lead social media content development and execution across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and manage content strategies that support retail awareness, engagement, and traffic across multiple regions.
  • Coordinate content calendars that balance corporate brand storytelling with regional relevance.
  • Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and optimize content accordingly.

Email Marketing & Customer Communication

  • Own email marketing strategy and execution, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle messaging, and newsletters.
  • Develop email content that supports retail promotions, new launches, and customer retention.
  • Manage segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure email campaigns align with broader digital and retail marketing initiatives.

Agency & Vendor Collaboration

  • Serve as the internal lead for paid digital advertising agencies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring campaigns support retail objectives across regions.
  • Collaborate with website development and optimization agencies to support corporate site updates, landing pages, and conversion improvements.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations across all external partners.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and report on performance across social media, email, paid ads, and website analytics.
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns by geography, channel, and audience.
  • Track KPIs including engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing manager role, preferably within retail or consumer-focused organizations.
  • Hands-on experience running social media marketing and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of multi-location or multi-market digital marketing.
  • Experience working with external paid media agencies and website development partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, regions, and priorities in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
