🎯 Key Responsibilities- Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, offboarding)
- Ensure HR policies comply with Australian Fair Work regulations
- Handle employee relations matters confidentially and professionally
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Advise managers on performance management and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement and remote culture initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes
