Job Description


Our client, is a major player in the manufacturing and importer of goods, is seeking a motivated D365 FO ERP Business Analyst / Consultant to join their growing team.


There are 2 roles available:

1 X permanent

1 X 3 month contract


*Needs 2-3 days on site in Southern Hinterlands and/or 2-3 days from Macquarie Park**.


The role is open to those with experience working as a BA/ Consultant on other similar ERP’s also with the opportunity to get trained up on D365 FinOps


Project:

The D365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP project is nearing completion of the build phase, and we plan to commence key user training at the beginning of February.

This is truly a unique role where you will have a lot of autonomy to innovate and deliver technology change for the company. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to build a long term career with the organisation.


Location & Work Arrangement:

  • Primary project location: South Western Hinterlands Sydney
  • During project phase: Minimum 3 days per week onsite in South Western Hinterlands, with some flexibility up to 2 days based in our North West (Sydney) office
  • Post-implementation: Role can transition to 100% North West Sydney office-based
  • This is not a work-from-home role.


About You:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O project
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementations, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain environments. Knows business processes of manufacturing and supply chain – e.g. Manufacturing Order, Transfer Order, Purchase Order etc etc and has practical working knowledge within client businesses
  • Experienced with using Dev ops
  • Experience supporting UAT and end-user training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams, at all levels within the organization and with a Microsoft Partner to achieve timely outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-service orientation, and commitment to insuring timely, quality solutions to customer needs.
  • Collect, understand and refine business requirements with good documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in working with people in establishing aligned goals, objectives, can manage multiple priorities and customers effectively.
