About the Opportunity:
The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr. SDET) will drive automation across web platforms to maintain seamless software quality amid rapid growth. This role involves creating automation frameworks, accelerating development cycles, and enhancing the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications to support the delivery of essential care to patients.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement test automation frameworks for web applications.
• Design, write, and execute end-to-end, functional, and integration tests (API and UI) for complex business requirements.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Collaborate with engineers to promote shift-left testing and integrate automated testing within continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor and improve testability, test health, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to align testing strategies with business needs.
• Execute performance, security, and usability testing.
• Track and manage defects, communicate findings, and contribute to continuous test process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.

• 5 or more years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance, and test automation for web applications.
• Experience with emulators and cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience with GIT and CircleCI or equivalent CI/CD tools.
• Proven experience in API testing using Postman or equivalent.
• Expertise in QA methodologies including automated UI testing, API and back-end testing, functional and integration testing, cross-platform and cross-browser testing, and performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of testing CMS and visual web platforms (e.g., Plasmic) for content, layout, performance, and accessibility in modern Next.js applications.
• Experience writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Experience with Jira, Zephyr, or equivalent test management tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting for PostgreSQL databases, including stored procedures and automation scripts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based testing environments.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and modern web protocols.
• Flexibility to work in Eastern or Central time zones.
