We design and implement Revenue Conversion Systems - combining strategy, messaging, CRM, automation, and AI to improve conversion and create consistent growth.


We’re now looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Marketing Manager to join us part-time and help build, launch, and optimise campaigns for our clients.


This role sits between strategy and execution. You’ll advise founders, then roll up your sleeves and implement.


Responsibilities:


• Diagnose funnel and conversion issues

• Translate strategy into practical action plans

• Build landing pages and funnels

• Launch offers and campaigns

• Write and implement email/SMS nurture sequences

• Configure CRM workflows and automations (primarily GoHighLevel)

• Manage client delivery and timelines

• Analyse performance and continuously optimise results

• Ship working campaigns weekly


Requirements:


• Experience building funnels and automations yourself (not just managing others)

• Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing

• Comfortable working inside CRM and marketing tech platforms

• Confident writing clear, persuasive marketing copy

• Commercial mindset focused on revenue and ROI

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Available during UK business hours


Nice to Have:


• GoHighLevel experience

• SaaS or service business marketing experience

• Experience running launches, webinars, or reactivation campaigns

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools
