Position overview
We are looking for curious and driven recent graduates to begin their global careers as Junior Infrastructure Engineers through the Tana Fellowship Program. In this role, you will join a global network security company's Professional Services Platform Architecture team, which builds and maintains the core platforms, tooling, and infrastructure. This role focuses on quality, reliability, and developer enablement.
You’ll help improve automated testing, validate deployments in Kubernetes environments, and build tools and processes that make it easier for other engineers to develop and support customer solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy understanding how systems work, finding edge cases, and making software more reliable.

- QA and Testing Improvements: Involves implementing QA automation, expanding regression test coverage, and progress toward fully automated end-to-end testing.
- Supportability and Developer Enablement: This involves creating and maintaining supportability checklists and diagnostic tools, assisting developers with troubleshooting, validating and testing in isolated Kubernetes cluster environments.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Python for development and testing (e.g., syntax, OOP, packaging, testing frameworks) with at least 1+ year of full-time dedicated experience post-graduation
- Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization, including debugging build and dependency issues
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and orchestration concepts
- Strong analytical mindset and persistence when investigating issues
- Clear written English communication skills for documentation and collaboration
- A strong motivation to learn how platforms and systems work end-to-end
- Nice to haves: Foundations in networking; Deeper experience with Docker or Kubernetes
- Most importantly, you're excited about building a long-term global career and are ready to invest the next few years learning, growing, and proving what you can do.
