📖 About the position

Design is at the heart of how people experience our product. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end design process — from research and ideation to polished interfaces — and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform.

You’ll help define and evolve our visual identity, build a scalable design system, and craft user experiences that are seamless across web and mobile. Beyond execution, you’ll partner closely with product and engineering to influence strategy, ensuring design is embedded at every stage of development.

🔎 What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our platform — from concept to delivery.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new features and improvements.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across the product.
• Translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Partner with product and engineering to shape product strategy and ensure design is considered at every stage of development.
• Apply accessibility best practices to make our product usable by everyone.
• Deliver responsive designs for web and mobile platforms that adapt seamlessly across devices.
• Create and iterate on user flows, personas, and scenarios to ground designs in user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation.

🌳 What you’ll need

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work (iGaming experience is a plus but not required).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma; knowledge of component-based design and design systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong background in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Experience designing interfaces for complex digital products (e.g., dashboards, admin panels).
• Excellent grasp of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with user research, personas, and usability testing.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into clean, engaging interfaces.
• A creative problem-solver with a strategic approach to design.

🗓 Our hiring process

We receive a lot of applications for each position and due to a high number of applicants, we will not be able to provide individual feedback at the initial application stages of this process. We will, however, email you regarding the outcome of your initial application.

Our hiring process and timeline can vary from role to role, but typically you can expect:

Step 1. We'll review your application to screen for a variety of criteria.

Step 2. A video call with Adriana from HR so we can get to know each other a little better. It's an informal call, there's nothing to prepare.

Step 3. A second video call usually with another member of our team. This call has a more technical focus and gives you the opportunity to find out what might be like to be a member of the Win.app team.

Step 4. A paid trial project - typically 10-20 hours of work. This provides a great opportunity to understand what it's like to work with each other, prior to pursuing a full time offer.

Step 5. A video call with one of our co-founders, either Vlad our CTO, or Laurence, our CEO.
