TITLE: Principal Architect (Multiple Positions)

LOCATION: Westlake Village, CA and various and unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. (Must be willing to work anywhere in the U.S. as the position may involve relocation to various and unanticipated client site locations; any relocation to be paid by employer pursuant to internal policy.)

DUTIES: Build and deploy new and cutting-edge features for enterprise applications. Architect and engineer solutions across the entire web technology stack including frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure in line with the organization's strategy. Analyze business requirements and translate them to technical designs and solutions. Serve as technical lead in the development and deployment of various reporting and e-commerce applications. Drive development of API services, using server/serverless methodologies and decoupled architectures. Participate in planning, designing, developing, forecasting, resourcing, architecting, solutioning, and implementing the project from end to end. Democratize data by building rich UI applications on GCP data lake. Build productivity applications and rich visualization based applications, and implement enterprise search capabilities on various architectures.

REQTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in the position offered, as a Senior Architect, Software Engineer, or a related position. Must have four (4) years of experience with all of the following: Implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) to ensure seamless integration and scalability; Developing UI for enterprise applications using Client-Side Frameworks including ReactJS and Angular; Developing highly scalable and secure APIs for enterprise systems using backend technologies including NodeJS, .NET, and Golang and also by leveraging SQL/NoSQL databases; Leading architecture design using cloud platforms including AWS and GCP, implementing containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and serverless computing to create scalable, resilient systems; Utilizing CI/CD automation tools including GitHub Actions and TeamCity and workflows; Designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs that enable seamless communication between frontend and backend services; Integrating comprehensive security measures throughout the technology stack, implementing proper authentication mechanisms using OAuth and JWT and using products including Ping, Okta, and Azure AD; and Implementing advanced frontend optimization techniques including code splitting, lazy loading, server-side rendering using NextJS and GatsbyJS, and progressive web app capabilities to deliver exceptional user experiences across devices.

SALARY: $163,010 - $163,010 per year

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
