GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist based in LATAM to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top talent — while partnering closely with hiring managers across the business.
We’re a fast-moving startup, so this is a hands-on role for someone who’s proactive, adaptable, and excited to take ownership. If you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new systems, and building processes as you go, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do
- Create and publish job ads across multiple job portals and platforms
- Source and engage candidates through social media, professional networks, and online communities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and build strong candidate shortlists
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and grow a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Support recruitment operations and contribute to process improvements as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role
- Experience hiring for Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Growth roles
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, OnlineJobs, and similar tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience managing high-volume hiring, including managerial and executive-level roles
- Previous experience working with US-based or offshore clients
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal direction
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems (CMS, internal documentation, process building, etc.)
