We have supported over 66 organizations since 2019 on projects spanning digital strategy, brand, web development, tech stack, content, SEO, email, digital advertising, and online communities. ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Digital Ads Coordinator to join our remote, cozy team at 1909 DIGITAL. We’re talking VTR, ROAS, CPM, GMC, CPC, LTV, CTR, SEM, GLS—if you know the meanings behind ALL of these acronyms, this role is for you. The role is full-time and fully remote with an annual salary of $54,000.


EXPECTATIONS

  • Communicate internally to team members and externally to client stakeholders to track advertising tasks, goals, and campaign progression
  • With support from 1909 Technical Strategists—monitor & maintain client advertising environments across native platforms, third-party software, and data aggregators
  • Gather data and prepare reports for client campaigns, both on-going (ad hoc) and at regularly scheduled campaign checkpoints


SKILLS

  • Technical experience managing digital and traditional advertising campaigns through:
  • Strategizing and budgeting
  • Research
  • Ad writing and development
  • Approval and QA
  • Publication
  • Ongoing monitoring & optimization
  • Reporting
  • Experience in managing projects, timelines, and detail-oriented tasks
  • Experience in Agile Project Management appreciated, but not required
  • Enthusiasm in organizing information across multiple projects
  • Experience in Google Business Suite and Slack
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intimate knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business and Advertising Suites, Google Advertising, and reporting platforms (Google Looker Studio)
  • Experience in third-party advertising research and publication tools (SpyFu, SEMRush, AdRoll etc.) preferred but not required
  • Experience in the backend of WordPress and/or similar landing page development tools (Unbounce, Hubspot), including templates, themes, and plugins preferred
