For our clients we are looking for Marketing Assistant - 100% Remote
Salary: $1200–$2000 per month (USD) base (depending on experience) + performance bonus (optional)
Hours: Must be available to work during European working hours (CET/CEST)
Experience: 4+ years in performance/digital marketing
Role Summary
You’ll be responsible for Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Tiktok Ads along with organic Social Media Channels.
Balancing acquisition while keeping marketplace health in mind (quality, activation, and conversion—not vanity traffic).
What you’ll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (hands-on keyboard work).
- Create Social Media Posts & automate using various tools
- Build separate strategies for:
- B2C Customer: sign-ups, activated users, applications, reactivation.
- B2C Customer: sign-ups, activated users, applications, reactivation.
- Own budgets, pacing, and performance reporting (weekly + monthly)
- Run structured experiments (creative, audience, keywords, landing pages) and scale winners.
- Ensure tracking is reliable (pixels/events), and troubleshoot attribution gaps with product/engineering when needed.
- Collaborate during EU hours with product/sales/creative to ship quickly.

Requirements
- Able to work EU hours consistently.
- 4+ years performance marketing with measurable outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Search required; PMax/Display/YouTube)
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Strong working knowledge of Tiktok Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Solid analytical skills
- Very good design skills in Canva and Videos
- Knowledge of latest AI Tools for Marketing Automation
- Fluent in English
