We are looking for a DevOps / CI Infrastructure Engineer to support and scale CI/CD pipelines and infrastructurefor complex hardware design flows.
This role acts as a bridge between infrastructure, automation, and hardware development, with a strong focus on making hardware flows reliable, scalable, and CI-friendly.
It is not a hardware design role. The value comes from DevOps expertise applied to long-running, compute-intensive workflows.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) for hardware design automation
- Integrate Python- and script-based automation into CI pipelines
- Support large-scale regression execution, focusing on:
- Stability and reproducibility
- Monitoring and failure handling
- Reporting and traceability
- Optimize resource usage, including:
- Compute nodes
- Job scheduling
- License-aware execution
- Manage and structure artifacts (logs, reports, binaries, results)
- Improve scalability and performance of automation and regression systems
- Collaborate with automation and hardware teams to align infrastructure with real workflow needs
- Help make hardware flows behave more like modern software builds
