Job Title: Performance Marketer – Paid Acquisition, Funnels & Growth Analytics

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM Indian Standard Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time)

Job Description:

As a Performance Marketer at Dozti, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid digital channels, funnel optimization, and performance analytics. Your focus will be on acquisition efficiency, conversion performance, and scaling campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands unit economics, experimentation, and attribution. You will work closely with leadership, content, SEO/GEO, and engineering teams to ensure paid spend is efficient, insights are actionable, and growth decisions are grounded in data rather than intuition.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels from first touch through conversion and qualification.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling strategies to ensure efficient allocation of spend.
  • Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and analytics (pixels, events, conversions).
  • Analyze campaign performance and communicate clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO/GEO, and engineering teams to improve landing pages and conversion flows.
  • Continuously research new channels, formats, and tactics for scalable growth.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth-focused roles.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns with clear ROI and performance accountability.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance dashboards and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience marketing B2B services, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead scoring, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO tools.
  • Exposure to outbound funnels, retargeting strategies, or account-based marketing.
