Role Description
This is a fully remote role for a Co-founder Python Developer specializing in back-end development.
The individual will work on troubleshooting, improving, developing and managing the back-end infrastructure of the Carmy app. Day-to-day tasks will include designing scalable and efficient systems, writing clean and maintainable code in Python, implementing APIs, and collaborating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a startup environment and play a key role in shaping the technical future of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in back-end development, including Python programming and API development
- Extensive experience in Django and FastAPI
- Great sense of responsibility
- Analytical skills to identify effective technical solutions and improve system performance
- Strong communication skills for active collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in research, sales, and marketing to contribute to the growth and success of the company
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a start-up environment and entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English (it's a must)
