Role Summary
Aubay UK is seeking a Power Platform Specialist for our client, a leading international energy organisation. In this role, you will design, build, and optimise solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and scalability across business functions. You will work closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, robust, and efficient digital solutions that support operational excellence and strategic transformation initiatives.
You will play a key role in shaping the client’s Power Platform governance, environment strategy, and best‑practice adoption across multiple teams, while supporting solution development, workflow optimisation, and architectural decision‑making. This position is based on site in the Gulf Region and requires either full relocation or existing residency in the region. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint including managing SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, site columns, views, and list formatting.
- Customizing modern pages using standard web parts, theming, and branding settings.
- Creating communication and team sites that follow corporate design standards.
- Configuring document management features such as versioning, retention labels, content approval, co‑authoring, and sharing policies.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Planner, OneDrive etc).
- Working knowledge of Azure services, APIs, Data Gateways and Connectors.
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- P‑400: Power Platform Developer
- PL‑600: Power Platform Solution Architect
- PL‑200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
- Hands‑on experience with solution layering, ALM, and DevOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks for enterprise Power Platform deployments.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support solution development in Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI aligned with business requirements.
