Job Description
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Client's team for a fully remote contract opportunity. The incumbent will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the credibility of our brand across multiple channels. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand throughout the organization, managing a year-long content calendar, and providing guidance to a team of brand marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for promotional campaigns and marketing content across multiple channels (web, media, digital, etc.) to enhance credibility of the brand
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Advisory, Inbound, and Internal Comms Teams, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaigns to integrate the brand throughout the organization.
- Plan content strategy development (roadmap) to guide themes of positioning/promotion and manage a year-long content calendar
- Provide project management oversight and guidance to a team of brand marketing professionals, to ensure they remain focused on goals and objectives. Mentor junior Brand team members, helping to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence and guiding their professional development and growth.
- Oversee the creation of brand assets, including digital and print materials, and understand the budget to maximize key resources and vendors to achieve project deliverables
- Develop content and positioning to reflect the brand to help tell impactful stories
Requirements:
- 3-5 years proven working experience as a Brand Manager or positions relative to brand
- STRONG project management skills
- Must be able to run multiple projects at once
- PM tool: Adobe Workfront
- Writing experience – email, banners for social, national brand advertising
- Develop distinctive strategies to achieve desired results; translate strategies into clear goals and objectives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
