Senior Graphic Designer (Amazon & E-commerce Focus)

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-converting visual assets across Amazon and multiple digital channels.

Salary Range: USD $1,000 – $1,500 per month, depending on experience.
Location: Latin America
Modality: 100% Remote

Responsibilities
- Create high-converting Amazon listing content, including Gallery Images, Premium A+ Content, Brand Stories, and Storefront components.
- Design lifestyle imagery and infographics that highlight product benefits and connect emotionally with customers.
- Use AI-powered design tools to generate on-brand, conversion-focused visual concepts.
- Ensure all designs meet Amazon technical requirements and brand guidelines.
- Optimize visual assets for mobile-first viewing and contextual understanding.
- Design email marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and launch assets.
- Create landing pages for Shopify stores and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative assets for paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects across different brands and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly on timelines, progress, and potential risks.
- Continuously improve workflows, quality control, and creative processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing for Amazon platforms, including Premium A+ Content and Storefronts.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic brand storytelling and conversion-focused design.
- Proven experience designing email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily creative workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma or similar collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, e-commerce UX, and conversion psychology.
- Professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive working style.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
