Director of Enterprise Technology

The Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Director of Enterprise Technology for a client in the Andover, Ma area.

Salary: 200-220k + bonus and equity

Must have SaaS industry experience.

Requirements

• Organization-wide IT, business systems, and internal security leadership
• Strategy and execution for scalable, reliable, and integrated enterprise platforms
• Development and enforcement of security policies, controls, and risk management practices
• Oversight of infrastructure including networks, cloud environments, and end-user services
• Establishment and leadership of business intelligence and data visualization capabilities
• Partnership with executive and business leaders to prioritize and deliver high-impact technology initiatives
• Hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing IT, systems, and security teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of leadership experience across IT operations, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity
• Background leading enterprise system implementations and infrastructure strategy
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, CRM/ERP systems, network architecture, and data security best practices
• Proven ability to influence at the executive level and lead through growth and change
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
