About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications that meet our clients' specifications. This role involves writing, modifying, and testing software code, as well as creating engaging and optimized content for websites. The Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, improve website performance, and implement new features. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, technical proficiency, and innovative thinking are highly valued.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a college or CEGEP level education in a relevant field, along with 1 to 2 years of professional experience in web development. Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is essential. Experience with content management systems, graphic design software, and animation tools will be considered an asset. Excellent communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a client-focused approach are critical for success in this role.
