Role Overview

We’re looking for a Web Designer/Developer who can turn strong design ideas into functional, high-quality websites.

This is a design-first role. Development skills are a bonus, but what we really need is a web designer who can create visually compelling, user-friendly sites and bring them to life using WordPress (with Elementor) and Webflow. You should be able to read front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand structure and make light edits when needed, but full coding isn’t required.

You’ll be the bridge between concept and execution, helping us expand our web portfolio and show off what we do best. You’ll own projects end-to-end, from initial wireframes to launch, using tools like Figma, WordPress, Elementor, and Webflow.

Key Responsibilities

The Web Designer / Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of web projects, from concept to deployment:

• Design clean, user-friendly websites from wireframes to final UI using Figma or similar tools
• Build and implement websites in WordPress, using Elementor for layout design and customization
• Design and develop responsive websites in Webflow
• Read, understand, and modify front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) when needed
• Integrate websites with APIs, CRMs, payment systems, and other tools
• Deliver polished, accessible, SEO-friendly, and responsive websites that perform well across browsers and devices
• Communicate clearly with the team about design and technical choices
• Stay up to date on design trends, UX best practices, and performance optimization techniques

What You’ll Bring

• Portfolio of web design/development work that demonstrates strong UI design and implementation in WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow
• Proven experience designing websites, including the ability to create wireframes and complete high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong visual design sensibility (layout, typography, color, spacing, UI components, responsive design)
• Strong experience with WordPress (setting up sites, customizing themes/child themes, working with Elementor, and plugin integration)
• Proficient in Webflow and experienced in creating responsive, high-quality websites using the platform
• Comfortable reading front-end code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to troubleshoot or make small adjustments - but not expected to code full sites from scratch
• Experience in converting designs into functional websites (mockup → implementation)
• A good understanding of web standards (responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, web performance optimization, accessibility, search-friendly markup)
• Experience integrating with other platforms/services (APIs, third-party tools, CRM, payment gateways)
• Intends to work collaboratively as part of a team
• You actually get crypto. Maybe you’ve invested, built, or worked on something in the space and can speak the language.

Nice To Haves (Bonus Points)

• Experience with Webflow (building responsive sites, animations/interactions).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and speed optimization at build time (e.g., caching, lazy loading, image optimization).
• Basic experience with back-end development or CMS theme/plugin development (PHP for WordPress).
