Job Description
Senior / Principal Product Manager (AI)
Full Remote (Europe-friendly time zones)
Salary: £100K - £130K
We’re working with a growing software company building AI-first products used by large, globally distributed teams to support complex decision-making. Their platform brings together collaboration, automation, and intelligent tooling to help organisations work more effectively at scale. As the business continues to grow, they’re hiring a Senior or Principal Product Manager to own a core product area and shape how AI is embedded into practical, user-facing workflows
About the role
This is a hands-on product leadership role with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for a defined product area and will work closely with engineers, customers, and leadership to design, build, and evolve AI-first capabilities.
You’ll operate end-to-end: from identifying problems and shaping solutions, through to taking decisions to market, educating users, and closing feedback loops. The environment is fast-moving, flat, and highly collaborative, with plenty of scope to shape the role around your strengths.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning a core product area, such as user-driven growth or a project-based product team
- Designing and delivering AI-first product features used by end users
- Using AI as a core tool in product discovery, specification, and internal workflows
- Working closely with engineers to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans
- Engaging directly with customers, including senior stakeholders, to gather feedback and validate solutions
- Taking product decisions to market and clearly communicating product vision and direction
- Handling complex stakeholder conversations, including escalations when needed
- Closing feedback loops and ensuring products deliver real customer value
