Overview
Looking for a hands-on Data Architect with strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) focused on healthcare provider/physician data. The ideal candidate will design and implement MDM solutions to manage provider information across systems. This is not a health insurance or payer data role — experience must come from the healthcare provider side (e.g., hospitals, health systems, physician networks).
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on SQL and Databricks experience
- Deep experience in MDM design & implementation (match/merge logic, survivorship rules, data modeling, cleansing workflows)
- Background in provider or physician data — examples: practitioner master, credentialing, NPI, specialty, affiliations, Epic provider master, HL7/FHIR integrations
- Experience building data pipelines, data modeling, and integrating provider data with enterprise data platforms
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks, governance, and metadata management
- Good communicator — able to work with business and clinical stakeholders
