Job Description

About Maneva

Maneva is an innovative AI services company founded by a former Google DeepMind researcher, dedicated to reshaping the manufacturing sector through advanced AI solutions. Our platform enables autonomous factory operations by deriving actionable insights from existing hardware and vision systems, addressing critical challenges in product inspection, production effectiveness, and safety.

About The Role

We're looking for a highly technical, resourceful early-career operator to work at the intersection of talent, data, and systems.

At its core, this role functions as a Talent Analyst / Researcher — driving strategic hiring through structured sourcing, rigorous candidate evaluation, and continuous funnel optimization.

But this is not a traditional recruiting role.

You'll partner directly with the CEO, implement automation across the business, and build systems that increase leverage across talent and operations. If you enjoy turning ambiguity into structure, building processes from scratch, and using data to drive better decisions — you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

Talent Intelligence & Hiring Strategy

  • Proactively source and map high-potential talent across priority roles
  • Build structured evaluation frameworks and candidate scorecards
  • Analyze pipeline data to improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Develop talent market maps and benchmarking insights
  • Maintain rigorous documentation and process clarity

Systems & Automation

  • Implement AI tools and automation across recruiting workflows
  • Improve CRM/ATS hygiene, reporting, and dashboards
  • Build lightweight systems that scale (Notion, Airtable, Sheets, Zapier, etc.)
  • Identify process bottlenecks and optimize for speed and quality

CEO Partnership

  • Own meeting booking, scheduling, and coordination
  • Prepare briefing docs and candidate summaries
  • Track key initiatives and provide visibility on progress
  • Step into high-leverage projects as needed

Cross-Functional Operations

  • Support high-impact, ad hoc projects across the business
  • Bring structure to undefined problems
  • Surface insights and recommendations using data
  • Continuously improve operational workflows

This role is fully remote.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical instincts
  • Extremely tech-savvy and systems-oriented
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
  • Resourceful, proactive, and highly organized
  • Strong written communicator
  • Curious about AI and automation
  • Energized by building from zero

Bonus:

  • Experience with ATS systems, CRM tools, or recruiting analytics
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments
  • Exposure to talent strategy, consulting, or BizOps

Benefits

Why Join Maneva?

  • Build the recruiting function for a rapidly scaling AI company from the ground up.
  • Work directly with leadership on hiring strategy, priorities, and execution.
  • Own a high-impact role that will evolve as the company grows.
  • Join a mission-driven team applying cutting-edge AI to real-world manufacturing challenges.
