- Source, screen, and recommend IT/Web3 candidates for roles such as Blockchain Engineer, Smart Contract Developer, Backend Engineer, DevOps, QA, Product, etc.
- Work closely with the Talent Lead to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, communities, Web3 groups, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview schedules and keep track of candidate progress.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
